After that, Viktor Yanukovych said there was a strong probability to put a veto on the law on the Tax Code and admitted personnel changes in connection with the situation. He proposed to conclude the discussion of the new Tax Code towards Thursday, because on Tuesday-Wednesday, he will be making a visit to Astana (on December 1-2 OSCE summit will be held - editor.). "But on Thursday I am ready to listen you: what you have agreed about, what the difficulties and what, in your opinion, needs to be done" - Viktor Yanukovych said.

Prime Minister Mykola Azarov is not satisfied with the work of experts who prepared the Tax Code in the part of simplified system. According to him, the decision to go on Saturday at Maidan Nezalezhnosti was pretty spontaneous. "I met with the President, I told him how the talks were going, and he suddenly suggested:" Let's go and talk to people. Let’s listen to them", - told Mykola Azarov.
According to him, people were surprised due to the meeting, "they invited us to drink tea" and then "we were invited to the headquarters tent, where we discussed actions plan". We agreed that we would meet on Monday and give the document", - said Mykola Azarov.
But he expressed dissatisfaction with the work of experts who did not take into account the views of entrepreneurs.
"The idea of the reform system was not a desire to complicate the work of those people, but to create incentives for our industry to invest (money – editor.) in modernization," - said Mykola Azarov.
"In this case, the developers had a lack of consultations in this area, which worked on a simplified system, and this caused discontent," - said the Prime Minister. He expressed satisfaction with the willingness of entrepreneurs to pay more, but not to feel the constant pressure of tax and other government agencies.
"We must abandon the unnecessary government intervention, and after this conversation I talked to the leaders of State Standard and Tax Administration and asked them to stop intervention into the work of business working under simplified tax system", - said Mykola Azarov.
Also, the Prime Minister said the government plans to adopt a budget for next year until December 20. "On Monday amendments to the Tax Code must be worked out and adjusted. Then there are two ways out: the first one is that the President puts a veto on it, and sends our amendments to Parliament. Parliament convokes a session and adopts these amendments" - said Mykola Azarov.
"The second way out is that the President is considering the amendments worked out by us, if the group gives a consent, he signs the Tax Code but under the condition that it will enter into force after making the adjusted amendments," - he explained. Based on materials of Ukrainskaya Pravda
