Football club Shakhtar (Donetsk) has refused from game in the first league of the Football Championship of Ukraine and prepared 25 football players to transfer them. Hank von Stey, the Holland specialist, Shakhtar football club child and youth football department director has confirmed information about it.

According to the words of Stey, club authority suppose “they cannot allow themselves to have equal personnel in two competitions at the same time”. “We cannot allow ourselves to have equal personnel in two competitions at the same time – in the first and second league of football championship of Ukraine”, Stey said. He informed “Mircha Luchesku (chief coacher of team – MIGnews.com.ua) refused from taking part in the first league”.

Stey confirmed also as a result of reorganization the second and the third teams of club about 25 football players of Shakhtar-2 can be prepared for transfer.

Reporters asked Stey how reorganization in the club was adjusted with the Professional football league of Ukraine. He answered:  “There were no difficulties. We just did not file an application to take part in the first league the next season. Thus, we leave competitions”.
