In connection with the epidemic of influenza more than 60 sports events have been rescheduled, told the Minister for Family, Youth and Sports YuriyPavlenko, the press service of the Ministry for Family, Youth and Sports reports.
In particular, the Minister said that among the rescheduled competitions are all-Ukrainian and international tournaments, cups, championships in 31 Olympic kinds of sport and 36 - non-Olympic kinds of sport. Sports Federations have got recommendations to settle issues with the international federations on the revision of dates of international sporting events in Ukraine.
"If there is no possibility to postpone events, the number of viewers will be limited. I emphasize it will be possible to hold them only in those territories where there is no quarantine," - said Yuri Pavlenko.
However, Yuri Pavlenko urged fans not to risk, and in case of unsatisfactory state of health to stay at home and ask for medical care, Ukrainian News reported.
