Vinnitsa Regional Committee on Technological and Environmental Safety and Emergencies decided to suspend the work of all industrial markets due to the threat of the influenza epidemic. Work of all night clubs, discos, as well as major sports complexes has been suspended from 3 to 10 of November.

The Prime Minister appealed to the statistics of morbidity over the past few years, and stocks of drugs. According to her, all stocks went into hospital for an emergency medical care, rather than in pharmacies.
Yulia Tymoshenko claimed that she already sent a request to the Prosecutor’s General Office of Ukraine about the possibility to make inspections in pharmacies. The tax inspectorate, the price inspection and inspection for control over quality of medicines will be engaged into it. The head of the government requests to bring violators to criminal responsibility.
The Prime Minister said the situation in nine regions of quarantine almost is stabilized, and only in the Volyn Region statistics slightly increased.
The Prime Minister spoke about medical bandages, which are being sewed for 2 days already, and about special laboratories for mass tests (total 37 laboratories were purchased - at 1-2 in the region).
In addition, Prime Minister stressed that the rapid tests for detection of swine influenza can be made only in the laboratories. According to her, rapid tests do not give 100% accuracy.
Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has obliged the heads of all educational institutions to cease study urgently.
