Two Prime Ministers of Ukraine and Russia have had a talk by phone. Vladimir Putin claimed it is necessary tor Kyiv o follow all contractual obligations on gas.
"Putin and Tymoshenko have raised issues of Russian-Ukrainian cooperation in gas sphere. Prime Minister of Russia stressed the need for strict observance by Kyiv all contractual obligations in this area, undertaken by the parties," – is said in the press service of Vladimir Putin.
The Heads of the governments also discussed issues related to 19, November 2009 in Yalta - the meeting of the committee on economic cooperation of the Russian-Ukrainian International Committee and the upcoming meeting - the Council of Heads of CIS Government, Ukrainskaya Pravda reports.
The sides also discussed some other pressing issues of bilateral cooperation.
