Ukraine might still lose the right to host together with Poland the European Football Championship-2012, said UEFA Secretary general Gianni Infantino.
According to "Sport-Express", he noted that the tournament might be moved to another country if cities, where the matches will take place, will not have the proper infrastructure. "At this stage, everything is possible. But Ukrainians know what they need to do in order not to lose Euro-2012", - said Gianni Infantino.
Ukraine is to provide the UEFA necessary guarantees till late November. At a meeting in Portugal, which will be held from 9 to 11 of December, the UEFA committee will make final decision about the place of the European Championship, Podrobnosti reports.
