Ex-world heavyweight champion Oleg Maskaev has no right to fight with Vitali Klitschko, the World Boxing Union (WBC) claimed this, denying the statement of sportsman.
As a reminder, Maskaev claimed that he allegedly got the right by the court to hold qualifying match for the title of the official contender for the title of WBC world champion, which belongs to Vitali Klitschko now.
At the same time, the court's decision did not provide for a guaranteed opportunity for qualifying fight by Oleg Maskaev. The Court ruled that now Maskaev does not own the status of the mandatory challenger and cannot get it in his next fight.
As a reminder, Maskaev will hold his next duel on December 11 in the Dominican Republic with Negi Aguilera, ForUm with reference to Champion.
