On November 1 at the Sofia Square in Kyiv President Viktor Yushchenko will announce the fundamental provisions of his election program, the press secretary of the Head of the state Iryna Vannykova today at a briefing.

"On November 1, on Sunday Viktor Yushchenko will have a meeting with citizens at the Sophia Square in Kyiv," - she said, adding that event is scheduled at the first half of the day on Sunday.

As a reminder, Viktor Yushchenko decided to take part in the presidential election scheduled at November 17 2010 as an independent.

Today Viktor Yushchenko submitted documents for registration as a presidential candidate to the Central Election Commission.
