On Monday, October 26 in Dnipropetrivsk unidentified person fired a car in which the Director General of TV channel "Privat-TV Dnepr" (9 channel), Kyryl Danylov and journalist were, Ukrainian News citing a spokesman for the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Dnipropetrivsk Region.

The source reported that about at 08:30 p.m. Danylov left the building company and sat in the car, where a journalist from 9 Kanal was. Then an unknown went to the car and fired several shots at the car. According to law enforcement officers, no one was injured.

01:53 p.m. As a reminder, on October 13 the Investigative Department of the Interior Ministry in the Dnipropetrivsk Region opened a criminal case on murder of a man with an explosive device near the 5-storey building on Kharkivska Street, 4 in Dnipropetrivsk. As a result, the general director of the company "Ukraine-Canada" and the company Dneprotsentrostroy Vyacheslav Brahynsky died.

According to the Center for Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Dnipropetrivsk Region, the investigative department of Babushkinskiy police department in Dnipropetrivsk opened a criminal case on firing by unknown a case, in which were general director of TV channel "Privat-TV Dnepr" (9 channel), Kyryl Danylov and journalist in Dnipropetrivsk.

Renault Megane car, belonging to Kyryl Danylov, was fired. According to police the right front window and rear doors of the car were damaged. The prosecutor’s office opened the case on Art. 296 part 4 of the Criminal Code (disorderly conduct).
