The large-scale special operation prevented them to realize their plan on the peninsula. 7 operational teams with the participation of "Alpha" and the Ministry of Defense intelligence took part in it, Segodnya newspaper writes.
"But, unfortunately, we did not managed to realize the plan completely because of indiscretion of our special services" - Ukraine's Interior Minister Yuri Lutsenko claimed at a press conference in Symferopil. According to him, the premature spread of information from the intelligence services in the media prevented the arrest of "Amir of Jihad of Ukraine" - an organizer of extremist group and his right hand - the Red Arab in charge of secrecy work in Crimea. As a result, operatives managed to take only the two extremists, but not five, as Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) claimed on Friday.
However, SBU denied the charges of Yuri Lutsenko. "We will not engage into controversy against the Ministry of Internal Affairs. On October 23, special operation was carried out and 5 extremists, including leaders of the organization, were detained", - spokeswoman for SBU Maryna Ostapenko said.

They wear traditional clothes of the Afghan ethnic Pushtun, to emphasize their belonging to the sect. According Dzhemylev, the murder of Tatar leaders should cause destabilization in Crimea, which is the purpose of extremists who operate in the interests of “forces that want to tear away peninsula from Ukraine.
According Dzhemylev, his guards can only protect him against street hooligans. By the way, Yuri Lutsenko claimed that the militia is ready to provide Dzhemylev with guards and weapons for defense, if he asks about it.

According to Mustafa Dzhemylev, Al-Takfir members do not recognize secular arm: "they are destroying the passports, saying that the documents - from the devil." Those who reckon themselves to in the organization are prohibited from studying and working in state institutions, from being photographed. Its adherents are radical followers of Islam, who reject some Islamic traditions, for example, they may eat pork and shave their beards. Thus, they merge with the secular world, trying not differ from the "infidels", but still they engaged in subversive activities to destroy society of "Western" values.
Adherents of Wahhabism became active in Crimea since early 2000's. One of the first was "Hizb-ut Tahrir. According to experts, now they have several thousands supporters in Crimea, they are legally publish a newspaper Vozrozhdenie. The organization's purpose is to facilitate the return of Muslims to the Islamic way of life by recreating a single (unifying the entire Muslim world), the state - a caliphate. He said it in an interview with Kommersant-Ukraine.
During the conversation, according to MP, the Interior Ministry offered him protection in connection with such threats, but he refused. "I said – I do not need it, because these extremists are just instruments in the hands of some very powerful and secret services, whose aim is to destabilize the situation in Ukraine”,- said Mustafa Dzhemylev. He believes that the protection of a person will not decide anything.
In connection with the situation Interior Minister Yuri Lutsenko believes it is necessary to adopt changes in legislation that would prevent attempts to create in Ukraine extremist and terrorist organizations. "Ukraine should establish adequate legislation, which could become a barrier against attempts by the establishment of extremist and terrorist organizations", - the Press Service of the General Directorate of the Ministry of Interior affairs in Crimea cites the Minister as saying.

But, according to Mustafa Dzhemylev, "as far as I know from diplomatic sources, Russia's secret service was realizing the plan of disorders, specifically – the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Russian Federation - editor.) Rustam Kadyrov had to be an executor.
As for the conflict, the politician said that “really there is a mutual antagonism between the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Ukraine and radical Islamist organizations because all the ideas proposed by radicals have nothing in common with Islam”.
According to Mustafa Dzhemylev, "it is clear that those States that do not wish to strengthen a democratic Ukraine might be involved into the establishment of such organizations in Ukraine." He also did not rule out that the current situation has arisen because the government wanted to undermine the solidity of Crimean Tatar movement, dividing it by such groups.
