The lawyer of Elena Poliukhovych - the mother of children who were perverted in the International Children's Center Artek Andriy Tsyhankov, who, according to the head of the Interior Ministry, demanded US $2 mn from a MP Ruslan Bohdan, organizes his own alternative congress of lawyers. The goal is the appointment of members of the Supreme Justice Council of Ukraine. Andriy Tsyhankov headed the initiative group.
As a reminder, MP also confirmed that indeed he had a meeting with Andriy Tsyhankov at the personal request of counsel.
The lawyer is planning to hold a Congress on November 6 2009, Gazeta po-kievski newspaper reports.
On Saturday, October 24, it was decided to give the case of perversion of minors to the Prosecutor General Office of Ukraine, claimed Deputy Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka.
On the same day it became known that the director of Artek Borys Novozhylov, who is in Feofania hospital, is under the protection of the Interior Ministry, spokeswoman for Novozhylov Ludmila Lozova reported.

Maybe the person is not adequate under the influence of hysteria, which had revolved around the Artek, but perhaps it is a serious threat,"- Interior Minister claimed at a press conference in Symferopil.
As a remnder, according to a MP from the Party of Regions Vadym Kolesnychenko, children had been raped in the International children’s camp Artek. According to MP, high-ranking authorities may be involved into the case. The Interior Ministry received evidence of the injured about involvement of MPs from the Verkhovna Rada to the perversion of children in Crimea, Interior Minister Yuri Lutsenko told about it in the air of 5 Kanal.
The case on perversion of adoptees – 12-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter by their father and probable accessories has all chances to be transformed into a grandiose criminal and political scandal. If initially editor-in-chief of Artek magazine (and stepfather of perverted children) Dmytro Poliukhovych, Artek director general Borys Novozhylov and three officials of the camp appeared in the case, then MP from The Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc (BYuT) Viktor Ukolov and priest Vadym Paevsky were also included into the case.
On Saturday, October 17 law enforcement agents held investigative experiment in the apartment where allegedly three Mps from BYuT and MP Dmytro Poliukhovych had been organizing sexual orgies since July 2008 till March 2009.

Ministry of Internal Affairs is going to open a criminal case on extortion from one of MPs from The Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc US $2 mn, Interior Minister Yuri Lutsenko told reporters about it.
