Acting deputy chairman of the Kyiv city state administration Ihor Dobrutsky claimed that flower clock near Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Kyiv will start to work before winter comes. He told about it in an interview with UNIAN.

Making a reference to the information in the municipal society Kievzelenstroy, Ihor Dobrutsky reported that the clockworks is completely repaired and is now at balancing.

Besides, as Ihor Dobrutsky told, clock hands replaced. The clock will work in the winter, and special winter clock hands are set to reduce load on the mechanism and ensure its proper operation during snowfall or icing.

Deputy chairman of the Kyiv city state administration assured that the clock mechanism will be set very soon, and promised in the coming days to inform the definite date when updated flower clock will be launched, UNIAN reports.

As MIGnews.com.ua reported, earlier adviser to the Kyiv mayor Marta Hrymska stated that the flower clock will start to work in spring.
